In order to apostille your degree, the University’s Registrar must attest to the validity of the degree. A notary must meet with the Registrar and witness the Registrar sign the document. Please check with the people requesting your degree if they need the original degree or color copy to be notarized and apostilled. The University will also have their policy and procedure on how to handle the notarization.
